Godakanda Herbals (Pvt) Ltd having carried out through research of the traditional Sri Lankan indigenous herbal preparations, ventured into the manufacture of herbal medicinal products in the year 1999 using modern technology incorporating the herbal ingredients of ancient herbal preparations which are over 3000 years old.
Godakanda Herbals (Pvt) Ltd was established as the manufacturing arm of Vendol Lanka Company (Pvt) Ltd. which has been manufacturing and distributing herbal products under the Brand name of VENDOL since 1982. Presently Vendol Lanka Company is engaged in marketing of the products manufactured by Godakanda Herbals.
All manufacturing processes are personally supervised by a qualified Ayurvedic Doctor and are based on ancient Ayurvedic formulations and manufacturing methods passed down from generations to generations as part of medical heritage but using the most modern and state of the art technology and equipment.
